A beautiful experience. We arrived right at open and the service was incredible to start but slowly dialed back as the restaurant filled up. At times this meant we had dirty dishes in front of us for a good while. So we went from being astonished to slightly disappointed when we had our expectations set as one thing and saw it devolve over time.
The food itself was excellent with one dish in particular being arguably the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. If I had a critique it was a blue cheese desert at the end that neither of us liked and couldn’t bother to try more than one bite- they should get rid of that dish completely.
If you abstain from alcohol, you’ll enjoy the Non-alcoholic pairings for your dinner, though there was an over reliance on vinegars.
For those who enjoy alcohol, the wine pairing was great! And at the end they even allowed me the fun of piecing together my own desert wine flight which did not disappoint.
Lastly, I’ll comment that the flatware was gorgeous and there was a course where we got to select our knife from their collection. A lot of fun.
Overall an excellent experience and I’d love to come back.
