What started as leaving reviews on Google Maps (I’m a Level 7 Local Guide there) turned into something I wanted a real home for. Every trip I take, I try to find a reason to sit down at a Michelin-starred table somewhere along the way — a quiet countryside inn, a chef’s counter in Bangkok, a steakhouse inside a theme park resort. I’ve learned that the stars only tell you so much; the rest is in the pacing of the courses, the way a server explains a dish, the wine pairing that changes how you think about a grape you’d written off years ago.
This site is my running log of those meals: honest reviews, real photos I took myself, and a ranking of how everything stacks up against everything else. No sponsored posts, no press invites — just dinners I paid for and opinions I stand behind.
