It doesn’t deserve a Michelin star, though it’s good.
We liked it- we really did- but to give it top billing in Orlando is doing a disservice to other starred locations around the city and world. It’s just a solid restaurant, nothing more.
There is no fixed tasting menu to try nor a wine pairing to accompany it, both hallmarks of a top restaurant. They will point you towards their Wagyu flight and wine pairing with it, but that’s nothing too exciting in this day and age.
So if you’re stuck at this resort, enjoy- but don’t seek this location out in the interest of fine dining- you can do better.
